Hotel Hermitage - Portoferraio

We recently stayed at a 5, star hotel and were completely satisfied with the luxury amenities and personalized service. From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with warm hospitality and genuine care. the spa and wellness facilities were top, notch with a Jacuzzi, sauna, and steam bath. We enjoyed lounging by the saltwater pool that overlooked the stunning Garden area.

While our overall experience at this hotel was exceptional, the only minor issue we encountered was a lack of entertainment or live music in the evenings. As it is a 5, star venue, we expected more activity and lively atmosphere.

Excellent location with sea view , perfect service , junior suites have great view , may sport possibilities , beach facilities free of charge , what is unusual in Italy

Dinner menu could be better (it tries to be sofisticated , but it is average)

Very friendly and service minded staff, wonderful safe gated grounds - great place for kids (kids restaurant, mini club, a number of pools, tennis and football ground, green lawns, private beach with shallow water and fine sand) - fantastic food, elegant facilities, beautiful location.

Our room felt a bit dated - but it was comfortable and clean

Christmas at this hotel was incredible. The beach was right there, which was a great bonus. The staff was friendly and helpful, making my stay even better. The hotel also offered yoga and pilates classes, which I enjoyed. The breakfast had a great variety of options and everything was delicious.

Although the location was great, the rooms were a little outdated and small. The vegetarian options were limited and the restaurants were expensive.

Excellent beach location, great breakfast, extensive amenities , beautiful views, friendly staff, good swimming pools.

Amazing views, pristine beaches with crystal clear water, and convenient location close to local attractions.

Poor service, rundown facilities, and overpriced food and drinks. The lack of attention from staff during the Christmas stay left much to be desired. The room was in need of renovation, with dated furniture and a musty smell. The high prices for basic drinks and snacks made it difficult to enjoy the experience without breaking the bank.

The hotel facilities are great with beautiful pools, private beach, soccer field, and tennis courts. The location of the hotel is amazing - situated on a fine bay. We loved the fact that we were assigned chairs on the beach by our room number, and breakfast was the best we had in our trip. The staff was excellent and provided really good service.

The hotel is located in a beautiful Biodino bay, right on the sea side, making it a great choice for beach enthusiasts. the rooms have wonderful sea views, and families will love the large family rooms, suitable for up to 5 people. the hotel offers fantastic facilities including 5 pools, a gym, and private beach area. the breakfast buffet is exquisite, and the friendly staff provide exceptional service.

Some guests have reported that the indoor restaurant can be loud and quite bright at night, due to large multi-generation groups with loads of children up late.
